Thank you for a GREAT stay. The bathroom here was clean. Location: the hotel was close to the beach. Cosy bar on site.
-
We truly enjoyed the quiet location and the staff were friendly. Tidy unit. Their garden was beautiful too. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.
-
Spacious room, lovely bed, free parking. The host was great. There is a quiet garden. They serve breakfast for 8.95 GBP per person per day.

The guy who cooked and I think ran the resterant was lovely, open, friendly. The rooms are clean,if you get a garden view you benifit from softer, natural lighting. The rooms are cleaned extremely well and do feel comfortable .The hotel is a walk away from the main beach and other faculties.
I think ( it's the owner),comes across as scarcastic, even queenly in his approach both on the phone and the first time I visited the hotel, which made me feel on edge and unwelcome.VERY,VERY OFF PUTTING . On a quite warm sunny morning, both the front and back of the hotel where being worked upon. With the extra loud music filling the calmniess of the day.I had a migraine and needed to relax,so I pointed this out the the same guy,who had been so scarcastic,It took 3 phone calls to try to reduce the noise level and to try to stop the music, the hotel dose close for aperoid of time each year, which should be when maintain is done..Thie owner if he is the owner spoils what could be an ok hotel. The English breakfast at £9.95 is Not worth it,sadly.

good breakfast lovely gardens at rear

The decor in the room was very impressive and the view of the gardens beautiful from the window. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would return to this hotel again if the price is right as there are many hotels in Bournemouth to try! Thank you for making mine & my boyfriend Mike's birthday weekend great.
-
only got one night at the hotel due to overbooking. got shipped off to another hotel best described at a poorly managed budget hotel. the yendon itself was fantastic but bookings need to be improved.
-
Homely, and ideal for family pets also.
-
we found this hotel good value for money. The room we had was excellent. The main reception staff not very friendly although polite. It was ideal for our needs. We would stay there again but not at the full tariff price, Good location but does need a little referb to be classed a 3*** all in all would stay there again but only if there was an offer on at the time.

Stayed for 3 nights and had booked a singlke room, was actually given a double room. As many previews already stated, this hotel is in a very good location, close to railway station, East Cliff and the City Centre. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean with a big bathroom, the breakfast was excellent. Overall very good value for money.
Please be aware that not all rooms have showers, some of them seems to have onl bath tubs. Should be easy to fit showerheads as the connections are there.

Matt & Thom were so friendly and helpful, made me feel very at home
-
friendly small hotel, with excellant breakfast selection
infrequent change of towels in bathroom

We enjoyed our short stay at the Yenton Hotel - very reasonably priced, the room was very clean, airy, plenty of space, good view, breakfast good - nothing was a problem. Even though we arrived early - we were made welcome.
This is not a complaint - we needed to be a bit more centrally located to all the facilties in the town.
-
good location, no sea view but near the seafront
room was cold. bathroom needed refurb. toast was cold. lighting not good enough in room esp bathroom. bar closed at nine oclock. more like 2 star.

Quiet and convenient to all amenities. Pleasant staff and good clean accomodation. Breakfast freshly cooked to order.Prompt attention from reception for any problem eg blown light bulb.
